Roles & Responsibilities of Coordinator:
- Routine checkup of assets for smooth functioning of academics.
- To coordinate with Lords campus Maintenance committee faculty members to conduct the meetings to discuss about Campus Management and to take suggestions from higher level or management.
- Implementing decisions taken in Lords campus Maintenance committee meetings.
- Equipment Maintenance power supply, Water supply, generators, Air-conditions, building and furniture.
Roles & Responsibilities of Faculty Members:
- Create check list, rules and regulations to maintain classrooms, seminar halls, labs, and auditorium in order to maintain campus infrastructure.
- To report to the coordinator whenever any urgent for maintenance of any equipment arises.
- Organizing various activities as per the schedule.
