Description: Synergia 2026, conducted as part of the institution’s flagship fest Sanketika 2026, was a vibrant and intellectually enriching management fest organized by the Department of Management Studies at Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology. Held on 8th, 9th and 10th April 2026, the fest aimed to bridge academic learning with practical exposure by engaging students in a series of competitive and skill-oriented events.
The fest witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 175 students representing BBA and MBA programs from various institutions such as VJIT, CBIT, JBIET, Vasavi College, Aristotle College, Avinash College and others. Synergia 2026 successfully created a platform for inter-collegiate interaction, knowledge exchange, and experiential learning.
