Title of the event: Management Club Leaders Formation

Description: The Department of Management Studies, Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology, organized the Management Club Leaders Formation Programme for the MBA Batch 2026–28 on 17th October 2026 at the Moulana Azad Seminar Hall. The programme aimed to encourage leadership qualities, teamwork, communication skills, and active participation among MBA students through the formation of various management clubs.

The programme focused on introducing the objectives and responsibilities of the different clubs functioning under the Department of Management Studies. The clubs, represented by their respective identities and themes, included the Emerald Club, Ruby Club, Sapphire Club, and Topaz Club. Students were encouraged to take initiative, demonstrate creativity, develop managerial competencies, and participate actively in academic, cultural, and extracurricular activities.
