Description about the event (50 Words): A Cyber Security Awareness Program was conducted by the Rajendra Nagar Police Station on 10-01-2026 at the CV Raman Seminar Hall, I-Year Block, to create awareness among students and staff. The police officials explained common cyber threats such as online frauds, phishing, fake links, OTP scams, and social media misuse, and emphasized safe online practices and data protection. Participants were informed about reporting cyber crimes through the National Cyber Crime Helpline 1930 and www.cybercrime.gov.in. The program was interactive, informative, and highly beneficial in enhancing cyber safety awareness.
