Description: On 12/12/24, the session commenced with a warm welcome by Dr.Sumeet Hangargi, IIC Coordinator, followed by an inaugural address by the IQAC. The importance of Innovation Development, Technology Readiness Level(RTL); Commercialization of Lab Technologies and Tech-Transfer. The event lasted from 02:30p.m. to 3:30 p.m., where students and faculty actively participated. Guest of Honour Dr. Umakanta Choudhury, Ex. Executive R&D, BHEL, Hyderabad the session was taken over by the resource person.

Highlighting the challenges and opportunities faced during the journey from Attendees gained insights into the concept of TRL and its significance in assessing the maturity and readiness of technologies for deployment. The speaker elucidated the different TRL stages and discussed strategies for advancing technologies from early-stage research to commercialization. Provide information on available resources, funding opportunities, and support mechanisms aimed at assisting innovators, researchers, and entrepreneurs.
