Description: The Department of Physical Education, in collaboration with NSS and MCC, celebrated International Yoga Day 2024 on June 29th from 10:30 AM at the 4th Floor Seminar Hall, LIET(A). The occasion was graced by Dr. Anandita Basu, Professor at the University of Javeriana Columbia and a yoga instructor, with Mrs. Rizwana Begum, Secretary of LIET, as the Guest of Honor. This event promotes physical and mental well-being among students, helping them manage stress and enhance focus. The total no. of Participants was 274.
