Name of the Event: Mega Free Health Check-up Camp.

Description: The NSS Cell at Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology(A), in collaboration with Germanten Hospital, Attapur, and Lions Club, Mehdipatnam, organized a Mega Free Health Check-up Camp on October 9, 2024, at the college campus. The camp aimed to serve the community and raise health awareness among residents of three nearby villages. Free consultations were offered in various medical specialties, including General Medicine, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Pediatrics, Dentistry, Eye Care, along with Blood Pressure and Glucose checks, and ECG tests. The event saw enthusiastic participation from villagers, students, and faculty, attracting over 500 attendees. Residents expressed appreciation and requested more such initiatives to support the community. The doctors and members of the Lions Club were later felicitated by the college for their invaluable service. The college expressed its gratitude to the medical team for their dedication and contribution to the event’s success.
