Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology has celebrated 75th Republic Day at their campus from 9.30am onwards with a lot of patriotic fervour.The Chairman,Janab C.A.Basha Mohiuddin;The Secretary,Mrs Rizwana Begum;The Vice Chairman,Mr.Syed Touseef Ahmed;The Joint Secretary Mr.C.A.Syed Tanveer Ahmed and the Principal,Dr.R.K.Singh graced the dias.The flag hosting was followed by awards for participating in events such as Mock Interview, Kite Decoration and Rangoli Competition.Best Mentors from different departments were awarded with Momentos and cheques to the faculties.NBA Criteria incharges were felicitated with cheques and also the faculties who secured more than 70% in NPTEL was awarded with cheques as fee reimbursement as a token of appreciation.More than 300 participants including staff and students attended the programme.The programme concluded with a vote of thanks.
