Description: The Department of Science and Humanities at Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology hosted an Industry Expert Talk titled “Self-Esteem Building with Effective Communication” by Dr. Mohammed Ismail Iqbal on 22nd November from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm. The session aimed to deepen students’ understanding of the vital connection between self-esteem and communication in achieving personal and professional success. Dr. Iqbal emphasized that self-esteem is shaped by our thoughts, experiences, and interactions, directly influencing the way we communicate with others. This event was designed to boost students’ confidence and interpersonal skills, fostering both their personal and professional growth.
