Description: Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology (A) hosted the “Sanketika Sports Mania” tournament on 24th and 25th April 2025, with over 250 students from 16 colleges participating. The event witnessed enthusiastic involvement in a variety of sports, games, and competitions, including football. The Lords Basketball Team secured first place in the tournament. The primary objectives were to nurture athletic skills, promote teamwork, enhance physical fitness, and provide participants an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the college campus.
Participating colleges included: ISL, JBIT, VJIT, Badruka College, Nawab Shah Alam, MJCET, GRIT, MLRIT, Shadan College, KL University, Anwar Ul Uloom, CMR CET, Avanti College, CBIT, Malla Reddy College, and Mahaveer College. The fest ran from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day, showcasing a variety of events that highlighted skill, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

Prize Winners:

• Basketball: Winner – Lords Institute, Runner-up – GBIT
• Volleyball: Winner – JBIT, Runner-up – VJIT
• Table Tennis: Doubles – CBIT, Singles – MLRIT
• Carrom: Doubles – Badruka College, Singles – MLRIT

The event served not only as a platform for competitive sports but also as an opportunity to promote physical fitness, build team spirit, and familiarize participants with the Lords campus.
