Dr Layak Ali, Associate Professor, School of Engineering, Central University Karnataka, shared his expertise with 53 enthusiastic participants, guiding them through the essential process of transitioning from theory to implementation and eventually to publication. The session provided a roadmap for faculty members, emphasizing the importance of structured research, practical applications, and impactful contributions to the academic world.The interactive nature of the workshop fostered collaboration, discussion, and idea exchange, creating a vibrant learning atmosphere.
