Description: The Department of Science and Humanities at Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology has organized a Motivational lecture on Importance of Having Positive Mindset for Excellence in Class fir B.E.First Year students. The speaker-Dr. K. Mamta delivered an inspiring and thought-provoking lecture on the Importance of Having a Positive Mindset for Excellence in Class. The session was aimed at encouraging students to cultivate optimism and focus on achieving their academic and personal success. She emphasized that a positive mindset involves believing in oneself, staying resilient in challenging situations, and focusing on solutions rather than problems.
