Description about the event:
The Department of Management Studies, at LIET successfully conducted Management Club Leaders Election, for selecting the Club Leaders for MBA First Year Students. The purpose of this Management club is to improve the Soft skills, Business Acumen, and Leadership Skills, to foster the Management students to meet the Global Industry Standards. The Election of Four Club Leaders was started with a Self-Introduction by the Members who are contesting. After that in Q & A Section, various questions was asked to the contestants by the judges, to test their soft skills, Leadership skills and Managerial skills, and in the final round all the MBA First Year students participated in the election to elect the Four Club Leaders of Management. At the end of the event there was vote of thanks and a Photo section with all the contestants and the Faculty.
