Description: The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous), successfully organized a One-Week Virtual National-Level Faculty Development Program on Strategic Research Proposal Development and Grant Acquisition from 05 to 09 January 2026. The FDP witnessed active participation from over 225 faculty members and researchers representing more than 15 states across the country. The program focused on enhancing participants’ understanding of research ideation, proposal structuring, funding agency requirements, and grant acquisition strategies. The sessions were highly interactive and informative, enabling participants to strengthen their research capabilities. The FDP concluded with a valedictory session, marking the successful completion of the program.
