Description: Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology successfully conducted a 5-day Management Development Program (MDP) and a one-day Entrepreneurship Awareness Program (EAP) in collaboration with the National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (NIMSME).The MDP focused on helping students understand how businesses can reduce waste, improve efficiency, and create value using circular economy concepts. Over the five days, participants learned practical methods, engaged in activities, and explored real-world business examples. The EAP session was delivered by Dr. Manisha Kumari, CAO, NIMSME, who shared valuable insights on entrepreneurship, startup opportunities, and government support systems.Overall, these programs helped students gain practical knowledge, develop a new perspective on business, and explore entrepreneurship as a potential career option.
