Description: The Department of CSE – Data Science at Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology organized an expert lecture on “Design & Analysis of Algorithms” to provide students and faculty with in-depth knowledge of algorithms essential for data science and computer science fields. This two-day event, scheduled from October 29 to October 30, 2024, aims to strengthen participants’ understanding of algorithmic concepts, including design techniques, efficiency analysis, and problem-solving strategies. The session, led by Dr. Indumathi Lakshmi Krishnan, a respected associate professor with expertise in algorithm development, has covered various aspects of algorithm design and complexity analysis to equip attendees with practical skills for developing optimized solutions. Held at the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Seminar Hall, the lecture will be a valuable opportunity for participants to engage with advanced algorithmic techniques and apply this knowledge in real-world applications.
