Name of the Event: Flea Market

Description: On 20th September, Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology (LIET) hosted the inaugural edition of the Lords Flea Market, led by the Directorate of Entrepreneurship & Innovation (DOE&I). The event was inaugurated by Honorable Secretary Mrs. Rizwana Begum and attended by Honorable Chairman Mr. C.A. Basha Mohiuddin, along with the institute’s Deans, Directors, and Faculty Members.

The campaign generated over 55,000 online views and welcomed 450+ visitors on campus, including 200+ parents, highlighting strong family engagement and appreciation for the initiative.

Held on the 3rd Saturday of every month with a new theme each time, the Flea Market provides students a platform to explore product design, branding, marketing, and customer engagement. The first edition’s success reinforces LIET’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and empowering students to transform creative ideas into impactful ventures.
