Title of the Event: Sweater Distribution Drive

Description: The Department of CSE–AIML, in association with the NSS Unit of Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology, successfully organized a Sweater Distribution Drive on 12th December 2025 in Warangal District, Telangana. The initiative was undertaken with the objective of supporting underprivileged individuals by providing warm clothing during the winter season. As part of the drive, sweaters were distributed to 164 underprivileged individuals, bringing warmth, comfort, and relief during the cold weather. The drive holds special significance as Warangal is located nearly 150 kilometers from Hyderabad, reflecting the strong commitment of the students towards community service. Their willingness to travel long distances demonstrates compassion, social responsibility, and dedication to serving communities beyond their immediate surroundings. The event proved to be a meaningful and impactful social outreach activity, reinforcing the values of empathy, humanity, and civic responsibility among students.
