Description: The Department of Management Studies organized a Health Care, Patient Care Planning, and Operations Management program for the MBA II Year students from 15th to 20th December 2025. The program highlighted the importance of patient care planning through need assessment and personalized treatment strategies, along with operations management for optimizing workflows, resource utilization, and process efficiency. Emphasis was placed on scheduling, staff coordination, and inventory management to enhance service delivery. The initiative aimed to improve patient experience, ensure timely and safe care, and achieve better health outcomes through efficient operational practices.
