Description about the event: On 20th February 2026, Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology hosted Women Ideathon, organized by the Internal Complaint Committee/Equal Opportunity Cell/ Women Empowerment Committee.
The Women Ideathon was a high-energy technical brainstorming marathon where girl students enthusiastically presented innovative ideas aimed at solving real-world challenges. Teams delivered structured pitches that covered everything from critical problem statements to unique technical approaches, including detailed methodologies and potential social impacts. Young innovators mapped out the frameworks and processes required to turn their concepts into code. This successful showcase of talent and grit has laid a solid foundation to solve problems.
