Description: The Parents–Teachers Meeting (PTM) was successfully organized by the Information Technology Department (On 20th of September 2025, the Parent-Teachers Meeting was conducted for B.E.II nd & IIIrd year and Final Year in Seminar Hall-IV Floor )to strengthen the collaboration between parents, faculty, and students. The primary objective of this event was to provide a platform for discussing students’ academic performance, overall progress, and future development plans.
During the meeting, faculty members interacted with parents to share feedback on students’ attendance, learning outcomes, strengths, and areas of improvement

Department of CSE-AIML
Name of the event: Parent Teacher Meet
Description: The Department of CSE-AIML held a Parent-Teacher Meeting on 20th September 2025 in Room 117 to discuss student performance with their parents. Parents received feedback on their ward’s academic progress, attendance, and internal test results. Open communication between instructors and parents addressed both strengths and areas for improvement, while suggestions from parents were duly noted. The Department ensures that students across all performance levels who need support are given guidance. A total of 138 parents attended (99 second year, 39 third year), reflecting strong parental involvement. The meeting highlighted the importance of collaboration, respect, and teamwork in fostering student growth and welfare.

Department of ECE
Name of the event: Parent-Teacher Meeting
Description: The Department of ECE at Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology (A) conducted PTM on 19th April 2025. A total of 20 parents along with student attended PTM.They have given their feedback and we informed them regarding the attendance of student if someone have less then they shoud attend classes regularly.Along with this given the progress report card of each student.

Department of CSE
Name of the event: Parent Teacher Meeting
Description: The Parent Teacher Meeting of the CSE-B department was conducted on 20th September 2025, in CSE Seminar Hall for IIIrd sem and Vth Sem 2nd year & 3RD Year students. The academic progress of the students, their performance in CIE-1, attendance percentage, previous semester results, and activities conducted in the college, guest lectures, technical training, placements and professional bodies membership were discussed with the parents. Parents and students were counselled on how much time to spend on a daily basis to prepare to get good marks in the exam. Students were also suggested to enroll in advanced programming courses, beyond the syllabus to get job ready till the end of their engineering course. Feedback, remarks and suggestions were taken from parents as well. The progress report for the current semester was handed over to the parents. Those students having consistently less attendance are recognised and counselled students and informed parents to send their wards regularly.
The main aim of this meeting was to build a healthy relationship among the teachers, parents and students. Head of the Department, Deans, Class In-charges, mentors interacted with the parents. Honourable Secretary madam, Principal Sir were present at the meeting and also spoke to the parents.

Description: The Department of Computer Science Engineering (Data Science) successfully held a PTM on 20th September 2025. It was a productive session where we covered various aspects of students’ academics and personal growth. Insights on performance, strengths, and scope for improvement were shared. We received valuable feedback from parents to improve teaching methods. Upcoming projects and term events were also discussed to keep parents updated and engaged.

Name of the Event : Parent Teachers Meet
Description: The Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for II-Year and IIIrd year B.E. III and V Semester students held on Saturday i.e.22-09-2025 witnessed an excellent response, with parents of 30 students attending. The meeting facilitated meaningful interactions between parents, mentors, faculty, and higher officials, focusing on students’ academic progress, discipline, and overall development. Parents provided valuable feedback and suggestions, which will be thoroughly reviewed for implementation. They were also encouraged to motivate their wards to prepare effective action plans for their upcoming assessments. The PTM concluded successfully, fostering collaboration and mutual commitment toward students’ success.
