Roles & Responsibilities of Convener
- Meeting corporate for hunting companies.
- Maintaining cordial relations with corporates as well as students.
- Executing Technical as well as CRT training programmes from scratch to end which includes calling for quotations, demo, pre assessment, post assessment and feedbacks.
- Executing all Technical and Behavioural Trainings of entire college.
- Managing entire placements and training cell.
- Successfully placing the students in increasing order.
- Doing expectation management of students.
Roles & Responsibilities of Department Coordinator
- Escalating information to students about the process of a particular recruitment event.
- Keep track of all the registrations.
- Motivating & encouraging the students of the department to participate in placement activities.
- Handling queries of students, and educating them about industrial standards.
- To participate in departmental meetings and preparation of minutes.
- To keep records, summary and documentations of all the events or activities organized.
Roles & Responsibilities of Student Coordinator
- To motivate the fellow students to participate in the placement activities.
- To act as an organizer & volunteer to the activity and participant in that event.
- To provide feedback on the organized event/activity.
