Roles & Responsibilities
Chairman, Convener & Co-Convener:
- To monitor and guide the admission committee for smooth completion of the admission process.
In-charge:
- Registrations of admitted students.
- Spot admissions
- Updating admitted students data in government authorized website
- Final list of students section wise with roll numbers
Convenor:
- To coordinate with Office Reception, Accounts Section, Help Desk, Online and Offline Registrations and other Departments with regard to Admissions.
- To look after the duties to be assigned to the staff.
- To take the account of documents received on day to day basis.
- At every stage of Admission Process, the coordinator to constantly help, communicate and share the information with the Incharge till the completion of admissions.
- Take responsibilities of the In-charge, in his absence.
Co-convenor:
- To constantly help, communicate and share the information with the coordinator till the completion of admissions.
- To procure the required stationary material, sanitization kits.
- To prepare the required formats.
- To make the necessary arrangements for the admissions.
