About

College Academic Committee (CAC) consisting of Deans, HoDs, Academic Incharges and Controller of Examinations under the chairmanship of Principal. CAC responsible for regulating and implementing different academic activities. The primary responsibility of the CAC to endeavor and ensure the best practices are implemented and standards are maintained. The College Academic Committee is responsible for evaluation of the academic performance of students.

Functions
Focusing on Oversight, Open Communication and Best managerial Practices, Academic quality in the Institute. Make sure the agreed aims, overall objectives and learning outcomes of educational programs are consistently achieved.

Objective

  • To review the academic and related activities of the college
  • To ensuring discipline among the students
  • To plan for sustaining the quality of education, quality improvement and accreditation of the college
  • To review the students and faculty development programmes to achieve academic excellence
  • To inspire the faculty in R & D activities and recommending management to encourage them with financial support towards the same.
  • To promote research and extension activities in the college.
  • To promote teaching innovations and student placement programmes.
  • Planning and executing the overall academic growth of the college by making recommendations to the Governing Body, wherever necessary.
  • Encouraging collaboration with other academic institutes and industry.
  • To frame regulations to conduct examinations and initiate measures for improving the quality of teaching and learning student’s evaluation.
