Students Welfare Committee of Lords Institute of Engineering Technology is intended for multidimensional technical /non technical skill development of students.
Various Departments had proposed to establish their department association for the refinement of students to enrich their professional growth in a continuously improving environment.
Upholding the dignity of the College by ensuring strife free atmosphere in the College through promoting cordial Student-Faculty relationship etc.

Objective
- To Give Maximum benefits to the students through various welfare activities organized by the college authorities.
- To Analyze and solve the problems of students regarding academic & Institutional activities
Objective
- Committee works for the welfare of the Students.
- The committee is responsible for arranging Scholarships, Railway Concession, Part- Time Jobs during study & Placement etc.
- Arrange Medical Checkups, Tours… time to time for the students.
- Ensure the coordination between Students, Parents & College authority.
SWFC Institutional Functioning
- SWFC will coordinate Departmental activities by the various department faculties.
- Delivers the plans and schedules to organize the Departmental activities.
- Provides amenities and facilities for smooth organizing of the Departmental activities.
- The committee formally will review all activities and will act accordingly as per the Management policy.
- The committee will give report to the authority about the activities and the number of pending activities, if any, which require direction and guidance from the higher authorities.
