About

Planning and Evaluation Committee has been formed to chalk out the future plans for the development and progress of the institution, and to evaluate the performances of the college in general. The Committee meets periodically to discuss about the strategic plans for the overall development of the College and make an inventory of the suggestions given.

Functions

  • To design various strategic plans for the overall requirements and the development of the College. This includes infrastructural and instructional necessities as per the required norms.
  • To evaluate the performances of the staff through Feedback Mechanism.
  • To study IQAC activities and to give feedback on the performance audit conducted by IQAC.
  • To monitor the progress in carrying out the decisions taken by Board of Management and to plan for future requirements
  • Plan for the Academic Programmes of the college as a whole
  • To send proposals to AICTE, UGC etc., for continuation of approval / introduction of new courses.
  • To send the proposals to University for extension of affiliation, NBA, NAAC & other Accreditations.
  • To co-ordinate among the departments to apply for various schemes/grants to AICTE, UGC etc.
  • Need assessment of society, students and industry
Objective

  • To review student and faculty development programmes.
  • To visualize and formulate perspective plans for the development and growth of the college.
  • To formulate a Master Plan for campus development, facilitating implementation of the provisions of the perspective plan
  • One room for the students and faculty members to discuss about the activities.
  • Conference hall for conducting meetings.
  • Seminar hall for awareness programmes.
  • Auditorium for various programmes.
  • Two notices boards are available to the both sides of the room for pasting / keeping circulars, updating the event photos, press clippings, Year Planners etc.,
  • Posters of previous activities pasted on the wall of the room.
  • Having a good number of chairs and space to discuss / conduct the committee meetings.
