Title of the Event: “International Day of yoga”

Resource Person: Dr. T. Venkatesh Rajaiah – Yoga Consultant
Description: Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology under NSS wing has conducted “International Day of Yoga Celebrations” on 22nd June, 2023 at LIET Campus. The main theme of this event is to promote and raise awareness about the benefits of practicing yoga. It aims to highlight the holistic approach of yoga in achieving physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The theme focuses on encouraging students to incorporate yoga into their daily lives and experience its transformative effects.
Siddiqui Tahseen Fatima – HOD English, hosted the event and Mrs. Rizwana Begum – Secretary of LIET, Dr. Ravi Kishore Kumar -Principal of LIET, Dr. J. Sasi Kiran-Dean I-Year, Dr. Rehana Anjum-HOD also attended the Event. The Event was held successfully.
